Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Manage light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Administer medications or assist with medication reminders according to care plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Document care and report any changes in clients’ condition
