About The Position
Wildflower Court Home Attendant - Casual. This recruitment is open until filled. Bartlett Regional Hospital is looking for a Home Attendant to join our Wildflower Court team! In lieu of fringe benefits, Casual employees will receive a $2.00 per hour differential in addition to their hourly rate. Incumbents provide a variety of unlicensed tasks to the residents of Wildflower Court under the direction of the Lead Home Attendant. Home Attendants may assist residents with housekeeping, light meal preparation, light errands, assisting with transportation, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
- Food Workers Card within 30 days of hire
- CPI training (TEAM/BERT or similar as approved) within 90 days of hire
- Produce a negative drug screen for all illegal substances in the State of Alaska prior to the start of employment
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience caring for the elderly or disabled or providing care in a medical facility
- Current State of Alaska Driver’s License
