Holiday Season Weekend Intern, Garden City Center
About The Position
Garden City Center is hiring a friendly, organized holiday intern to manage weekend reservations for its Santa photo experience. The experience takes place in a newly redesigned Santa Cabin, where families meet Santa and take holiday photos. The intern will help ensure that visits run smoothly and feel warm, welcoming, and magical. The Santa photo experience runs from 11/20/26 to 12/24/26. The intern must work Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for five specified weekends, totaling 10 days and approximately 80 hours. Pay is $16 per hour on Saturdays and $24 per hour on Sundays.
Requirements
- Be comfortable with computers and able to learn new software quickly.
- Be reliable and punctual, and able to work the full weekend schedule.
- Be available for all specified dates and full eight-hour shifts.
- Have attention to detail with orders and rescheduling.
- Be at least 16 years old.

- Customer service or retail experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate the computer and manage and update the booking schedule.
- Respond to client emails about cancellations and make needed booking changes.
- Keep accurate records of bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Communicate schedule updates to the team.
- Report issues or guest concerns to the manager.
