About The Position
Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer to create memorable experiences for families on its Santa photo sets. The associate welcomes and engages guests, takes photos, helps families choose and receive souvenirs, and provides warm, attentive service throughout the photo experience. They also support smooth team operations, use point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean workspace. Photography experience is not required. The role is seasonal and requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail periods such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable with cash handling.
- Wear professional attire and maintain good hygiene.
- Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
- Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and make families feel welcomed and cared for.
- Work as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
- Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
- Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
