About The Position

As a Sales Associate/Photographer, you’ll help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets by welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing memorable holiday moments. You’ll provide warm, energetic guest service and support a smooth, joyful photo experience from start to finish. The role involves taking photos, providing souvenirs, operating a POS system and photography equipment, and helping maintain a safe, clean environment. Photography experience is not required. The position is seasonal and requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail periods such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training meetings and required courses must be completed.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
