About The Position

The Holiday Retail Kiosk Sales Attendant is a seasonal, limited-time role supporting Christmas at the Princess events at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The position operates pop-up retail kiosks throughout the resort and reports to Seasonal Retail Supervisors, Senior Supervisors, and Retail Management. Associates provide guest service and sales support, maintain merchandise and kiosk cleanliness, handle cashiering, and assist with inventory. The role offers flexible scheduling of three, four, or five days per week. The tentative event dates are November 20 through January 4. Shifts are six to eight hours, primarily evenings, beginning after 3:00 PM and ending between 9:00 and 11:00 PM depending on business levels.

Requirements

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications and/or a point-of-sale system.
• Must be revenue driven.
• Must present professionally.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Attend to customers professionally and politely while up-selling merchandise.
• Keep the shop neatly maintained and replenish stock.
• Perform all cashiering duties.
• Use basic sales techniques and promote Fairmont-exclusive merchandise.
• Participate in stock takes and month-end inventories.
• Keep the shop clean at all times.
• Follow department policies, procedures, service standards, and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
