About The Position

The Kiosk Service Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, restocking products, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kiosk. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle customer concerns professionally. The attendant may also need to cover for the Greeter and perform additional tasks to support the centers.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Ability to use office equipment, including computers, registers, calculators, and more.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at times.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
• Must be able to travel to various center locations as required.

Nice To Haves

• Cash Handling experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases or inquiries.
• Operate the cash register or POS system, process sales, and handle money accurately, including making change.
• Restock products, including food and non-food supplies, and ensure the kiosk remains clean and organized.
• Handle customer concerns professionally or escalate them to a manager if necessary.
• Perform opening and closing duties, such as counting cash and checking inventory.
• Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service with a strong work ethic.
• Cover for the Greeter at times.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the centers.
