About The Position

The Holiday Market Front End Clerk is responsible for providing World Famous Friendly Customer Service to customers, team members, and outside vendors. This role involves cashiering, bagging groceries, cleaning, merchandising, stocking, and rotating product. The clerk will also be responsible for facing products on shelves.

Requirements

• Provide a World Famous Friendly attitude to customers & team members.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to count change & balance cash drawer.
• Ability to read case labels and shelf tags.
• Ability to multi-task & perform all tasks with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provide World Famous Friendly Customer Service.
• Operate the cash register and count back change accurately.
• Bag groceries, keeping like items together.
• Carry out groceries to customers' vehicles.
• Rotate perishable merchandise and remove out-of-date product.
• Greet customers entering the store and be observant.
• Maintain a neat appearance according to the company's dress code.
• Keep store shelves fully stocked.
• Assist in building store displays.
• Observe policies and procedures established for each department.
• Keep work area and check stand clean.
• Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
