About The Position

The Bakery Clerk will provide World Famous Friendly Customer Service to customers, team members, and outside vendors. Responsibilities include production, wrapping, weighing, pricing, merchandising, cleaning, sanitation, stocking, putting loads away, and organizing freezers and walk-in refrigerators. Essential job functions include making sandwiches, using the meat slicer, using the oven for baking bakery products, making salads and maintaining them throughout the day, stocking freezers and walk-ins, stocking bakery tables, cheese cases, and HMR cases, using cleaning products to maintain sanitary conditions, product knowledge, entering information into deli scales and bakery printers, detailed cleaning of the entire bakery deli department, cleaning the rotisserie with authorized oven cleaner, packaging, general clean up, being aware of surroundings, and working safely. All employees must abide by company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
