Holiday Lights Installer - Temporary Full Time
About The Position
Shine of Franklin is hiring temporary, full-time installers for the holiday season. Installers work as part of a two-person crew to install Christmas lights at residential and commercial properties. The work is seasonal, though strong performers may be offered a permanent, year-round position on the company’s window cleaning, power washing, and outdoor lighting team. The schedule is Monday through Saturday, with a 7:30 a.m. start at the office in Spring Hill. Crews travel to jobsites in company vehicles. The company offers steady full-time hours through the holiday lighting season, hands-on training, weekly pay by direct deposit, paid time off, and a potential opportunity to move into a permanent position.
Requirements
- Be comfortable working at heights and on rooftops with proper safety equipment.
- Be able to lift 80 lbs and work outdoors in all temperatures.
- Be reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with extension ladders or roofing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install holiday lighting on rooflines, gutters, trees, and landscaping.
- Safely set up, move, and work from extension ladders.
- Keep supplies and tools organized throughout the day.
- Work with a crew partner to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.
- Interact professionally with customers on site.
