Holiday Lights Installer
About The Position
Shine is hiring a Holiday Lighting Installation Technician to install professional Christmas and holiday lighting displays at homes and businesses. The role involves working outdoors at different locations with a teammate, using ladders and lighting equipment to decorate rooflines, trees, shrubs, and other outdoor features. No experience is necessary; paid hands-on training is provided. The position starts at $17 per hour, with advancement to $18 per hour typically within 60–90 days as training is completed and skills develop. Customer tips and performance bonus opportunities are also available. Workdays begin at the Shine office at 7:30 AM with a team meeting, followed by travel to job sites in a company vehicle. Most days finish around 4:00 PM, though end times vary with the schedule; the goal is generally to return by 5:00 PM. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional voluntary Saturday opportunities. Company vehicles, equipment, and Shine gear are provided. Requirements
