About The Position

Shine is hiring a Holiday Lighting Installation Technician to install professional Christmas and holiday lighting displays at customers’ homes and businesses. The role involves working outdoors with a teammate, traveling to job sites in a company vehicle, and installing lights on rooflines, trees, shrubs, and other outdoor features. No prior experience is necessary; paid hands-on training is provided. The position starts at $17 per hour, with advancement to $18 per hour typically within 60–90 days as training is completed and skills develop. The posting lists compensation of $17–$20 per hour, plus customer tips and performance-bonus opportunities. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at the Shine office at 7:30 AM. Most days end around 4:00 PM, with finish times varying by schedule and a general goal of returning by 5:00 PM. Occasional Saturday work is voluntary. Company vehicles, equipment, and Shine gear are provided. The role offers opportunities to advance into Crew Leader, Trainer, Sales, and Operations positions.
