Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience
• Positive attitude with a competitive drive
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A team player with the desire to win
• Background check
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
• Pre-employment drug screening

• Highline/Luxury brand experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the sales process
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct professional test drives
• Guide customers through the purchase process from start to finish
• Deliver vehicles and ensure an exceptional ownership experience
• Maintain timely follow-up with customers using CRM tools
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale
