About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a High Volume Server to help create fun, memorable experiences for Players in a fast-paced, collaborative sports and entertainment environment. The role welcomes Players to their bays, learns about their visit, shares information about Topgolf offerings, and recommends food, beverages, and games to enhance their experience and drive sales. The server takes orders quickly and accurately and maintains clean, organized, and welcoming Bay areas by clearing tables and refilling drinks. The role also requires a strong T-line presence, coordination with fellow Playmakers, bay setup, and friendly resolution of concerns. Servers follow safety and sanitation standards and demonstrate Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring. Applicants must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law and have at least two years of high-volume serving experience in a large-scale, fast-paced hospitality or entertainment venue.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume serving experience in a large-scale, fast-paced hospitality or entertainment venue.
• Experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability Friday evenings, full availability on Saturdays and Sundays, and availability to work holidays.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lb., and to bend, stoop, and carry items.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday and remain active throughout shifts.
• Ability to sustain the pace of long shifts and work in a high-volume environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, focus on the Player experience, and ability to stay calm in a popular environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, learn why they are visiting, and explain Topgolf offerings.
• Recommend food, beverages, and gaming options suited to Players’ visits, using thoughtful suggestive selling.
• Provide food and beverage recommendations and take orders quickly and accurately.
• Keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
• Maintain a strong T-line presence and work with fellow Playmakers to provide an excellent Player experience.
• Set up bays and help resolve Player concerns.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep bays clean and safe.
