About The Position

Topgolf is hiring a High Volume Server to help deliver an enjoyable, memorable experience for Players in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment. The role welcomes Players to their bays, learns about the purpose of their visit, explains Topgolf offerings, and recommends food, beverages, and games. Servers take orders quickly and accurately, support sales through thoughtful suggestions, and keep bay areas clean, organized, and welcoming. They work closely with fellow Playmakers, maintain a strong T-line presence, help set up bays, respond to concerns, and follow safety and sanitation standards. The role requires the legal age to serve alcohol where required by law, at least two years of high-volume serving experience, and availability Friday evenings, all day Saturday and Sunday, and holidays. It involves extended periods on your feet and frequent physical activity, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of high-volume serving experience in a large-scale, fast-paced hospitality or entertainment venue.
• Prior experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
• Availability Friday evenings, full availability on Saturdays and Sundays, and availability to work holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and perform bending and stooping.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the day and handle frequent physical activity.
• Ability to maintain pace during long shifts in a high-volume working environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and focus on Players’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm and learn about the purpose of their visit.
• Explain Topgolf offerings and recommend food, beverages, and gaming options suited to Players’ visits.
• Take food and beverage orders quickly and accurately.
• Support sales through thoughtful suggestive selling.
• Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
• Maintain a strong T-line presence and coordinate with fellow Playmakers to deliver a positive Player experience.
• Help set up bays and resolve Player concerns.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and help keep bays clean and safe.
