About The Position

Evolution is seeking a high-energy Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for its Grand Rapids operations. The recruiter will source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process while providing an outstanding candidate experience. This role helps keep hiring pipelines active, fill hiring classes, and build candidate enthusiasm for opportunities at Evolution. The successful candidate is outgoing, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, entry-level, hospitality, retail, customer service, staffing, call center, gaming, or similar roles.
• High-energy, positive, and relationship-driven approach.
• Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and attention to detail.
• Comfort working toward hiring goals and recruitment metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

• Knowledge of the local talent market.
• Experience with hiring events, community outreach, and workforce partnerships.
• Additional language skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
• Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and maintain communication with candidates.
• Engage candidates through calls, texts, emails, and follow-up outreach.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, HR, Operations, and Training teams to meet hiring goals.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate applicant tracking system records.
• Support sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach.
