About The Position

Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a high-rise residential community in Morristown, New Jersey. The role involves managing daily building operations and maintenance, coordinating with staff, vendors, the Board, and residents, and overseeing the building’s financial and physical operations. The manager must have a strong working knowledge of building mechanical systems and be available to respond to after-hours emergencies.

Requirements

• Prior high-rise property management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, elevators, and fire and life safety systems.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Availability for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily building operations, maintenance staff, and vendors.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and capital projects.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and review financial reports.
• Work closely with the Board and communicate professionally with residents.
• Respond to building emergencies and coordinate timely repairs.
