About The Position

Boulder Ponds, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents in its 95-unit apartment-style community, which provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The team helps residents “Age Magnificently” by providing respectful, attentive care that recognizes individual needs and encourages independence.

Caregivers provide direct personal care to residents of all genders, following each resident’s plan of care. Work schedules include AM (6 a.m.–2 p.m.), PM (2 p.m.–10 p.m.), and overnight NOC (10 p.m.–6 a.m.) shifts, with full-time and part-time options. Every other weekend is included. HHA wages are $17–$22 per hour; CNA wages are $19–$24 per hour. Shift differentials are $1 for PM and $2 for overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs and treating each resident with respect and dignity.
• Encourage residents’ independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
