About The Position

Heights Crossing is hiring Resident Care Associates to provide direct care to senior residents. The team works in a safe, home-like, and fun environment and collaborates across departments to support a welcoming community. Positions are based at Heights Crossing, 35 Christy's Place, Brockton, Massachusetts. Available full-time shifts are 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Starting pay is $18 per hour.

Requirements

Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).
Ability to stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents, with and without assistance.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
Punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities

Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
Join or lead activities with residents.
Track care and other tasks using the electronic health record system.
Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services.
Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services as needed.
Work across departments to foster cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
