About The Position

Neville Place is hiring a Resident Care Associate to provide direct care to senior residents. The role involves spending quality time with residents, supporting their daily living activities, participating in resident activities, and helping maintain a cooperative, inclusive, and respectful community environment. Associates also use an electronic health record system, assist with light housekeeping, and support dining services as needed. The position is available per diem in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Requirements

Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).
Ability to stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents with or without assistance.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
Punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities

Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
Join or lead activities with residents.
Track care and other tasks using the electronic health record system.
Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services.
Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services as needed.
Work across departments to foster cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
