About The Position

Fremont Village, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Zimmerman, Minnesota, is seeking an HHA/CNA to support residents in its 65-unit apartment-style community, which provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. The community opened in October 2022 and describes its team as fun, caring, and passionate. Fremont Village received the Star Tribune Best Senior Living Bronze Award in 2023.

In this position, you will provide direct personal care to residents of all genders, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. You will assist with activities of daily living and medication administration, engage residents in meaningful conversations, and provide attentive care. The listed shift is part-time afternoons, 2:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m., including every other weekend.

Requirements

• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong interest in healthcare.

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence while treating residents with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in their plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.
