About The Position

Fremont Village, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Zimmerman, Minnesota, is hiring a Culinary Server. The community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a 65-unit, apartment-style setting. The role assists with food preparation, distribution, and supplies for residents, families, and staff while helping create an environment that supports resident well-being. Part-time shifts are available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., with an every-other-weekend rotation. The listed wage range is $15.50 to $20.50.

Requirements

• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in the dining room.
• Serve meals and bus trays.
• Pour and cover beverages.
• Assist with preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes.
