About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA-NAR) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. The CNA works on the front lines to ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect and have choices in their lives. The role involves providing direct resident care, reporting condition changes to an RN or LPN, and documenting care in the POC system. The CNA should demonstrate time management and task prioritization. The listed schedule is 2:15 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Benedictine is a nonprofit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica and guided by the values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice.
Requirements
- Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Hold BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care.

- Chart in the POC system.
- Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
