About The Position

We are seeking a Hematology & Oncology Physician to provide direct patient care for individuals with various types of cancer and hematological disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. The role involves managing all forms of cancer with a focus on breast oncology and gynecologic medical oncology. The physician will participate in high-level tumor boards, collaborate with Surgical GYN Oncology, and contribute to extensive clinical research in breast cancer. This is a permanent position with an inpatient/outpatient service setting, covering a vacancy ASAP and ongoing. The work schedule is flexible, with options for TBD in Fort Collins and 4 days/week in Greely. Call is shared among 13 other clinicians and 2 oncology hospitalists, with minimal weekdays and weekends expected.

Requirements

Active CO License or willing to obtain
BC/BE (If BE, within 5 yrs of residency)
Active DEA
Clean record (highly preferred)
NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
