About The Position

This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role within one of the most comprehensive oncology programs in the Southwest. As part of The Hospitals of Providence — the largest health network in El Paso, TX — you will practice within a fully integrated cancer care ecosystem where the resources you need are right at your fingertips. Our outpatient clinic shares a building with cancer navigation, physical therapy, and infusion services, while in-house labs, imaging, oncology pharmacy, pathology, and collaborative tumor boards ensure seamless, high-quality patient care. Tenet Healthcare is seeking several Hem/Onc physicians to help shape and lead this growing medical oncology practice, offering you both clinical depth and meaningful influence over the program's direction. Requirements

  • MD or DO degree required
  • Board certified in Internal Medicine
  • Board certified or board eligible in Hematology/Oncology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology required

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care in Hematology/Oncology.
  • Lead and shape a growing medical oncology practice.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Influence the direction of the oncology program.
