About The Position
The Helper is a key team member who helps ensure smooth operations and supports installation work. The role includes checking job materials and details for accuracy, treating customer property respectfully, and educating customers at the end of installations about product care, applicable warranty details, and how to contact the company for future service or questions. The Glass Guru repairs and replaces windows, doors, showers, and more for homes and businesses.
Requirements
- Experience is required; candidates with the right work ethic will be trained by The Glass Guru.
- Ability to read a measuring tape accurately.
- Ability to lift between 50 and 100 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key team member, ensuring smooth operations.
- Inspect and verify all job materials for accuracy before installation.
- Upon arrival, confirm job details, including work scope, product installation, and estimated completion time.
- Maintain cleanliness and respect for customer property, using protective measures such as booties.
- After completing installations, educate customers on product care, warranty details if applicable, and how to reach the company for future service or inquiries.
