About The Position

Liberty Tire Recycling is hiring a Driver Helper to accompany a Route Driver on a two-person team and collect used tires from retail locations. The helper manually loads and stacks tires on the truck; individual tires can weigh up to 50 pounds. The role supports safe, organized, and timely tire collection.

Responsibilities

Assist the Route Driver in picking up used tires from retail locations.
Manually load and stack tires onto the truck, keeping them organized and secure.
Perform heavy lifting, as tires can weigh up to 50 pounds.
Follow company safety protocols while loading and unloading.
Assist with truck inspections and keep the loading area clear and safe.
Communicate with store personnel and the Route Driver to support timely pickups.
Follow established routes and schedules for tire collection.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the truck bed.
Support the Route Driver with navigation to locations and timely service.
