About The Position
Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Helper to join its Residential division. This full-time, field-based role is an entry point into the electrical trade, providing hands-on training and opportunities for growth. The Electrical Helper supports licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read blueprints or technical documents.
- Physical stamina to lift, climb, and work in various conditions.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and pursue an apprenticeship.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test.
- Ability to safely lift at least 50 pounds and work on ladders.
Responsibilities
- Carry tools and materials.
- Cut wire and pull cable through conduit.
- Clean and organize work areas.
- Assist with jobsite preparation and breakdown.
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols.
- Support licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
