About The Position

Helpers assist production work centers across the production buildings. They perform a variety of maintenance and support tasks assigned by staff, based on production needs and the work required to support the production of parts.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Safety-oriented, productive, efficient, and punctual, with good housekeeping awareness.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist production work centers across all buildings.
• Clean and maintain safe, organized production areas, including indoor and outdoor areas.
• Sweep, mop, and remove debris from floors, equipment, parts, and machines.
• Load and unload items from machines, cranes, carts, and dollies.
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
• Select appropriate tools, machines, and materials in preparation for machinery work.
• Assist operators with setting up, adjusting, and operating basic machine tools to perform precision machining operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
