Maintenance Helper
About The Position
The Maintenance Helper supports the maintenance team at a food processing/manufacturing operation in Bristol / Fallsington, Pennsylvania. The role involves basic mechanical, motor, and electrical assistance, along with wall repairs and painting. The helper is expected to follow workplace-safety procedures and keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. The listed pay rate is $18–$20 per hour. Relocation arrangements include a covered flight, shared housing with WiFi and utilities, a shared vehicle, and daily transportation to and from work. Food, gas, personal items, and other personal expenses are not included, and no credit check is required for relocation arrangements.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Mechanical knowledge; an expert mechanic is not required.
- English required.
- Authorization to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance team with basic maintenance tasks.
- Assist with basic motor and mechanical work.
- Assist with basic electrical work.
- Perform wall patching and repairs.
- Perform painting and touch-ups.
- Follow workplace-safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
