About The Position

Marlboro Manufacturing, a continuous hinge manufacturer, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant/Helper to work in its manufacturing facility. The role includes groundskeeping and lawn care, weed trimming, painting, janitorial duties, and assisting with plumbing, electrical work, and basic machine upkeep and repair. The employee must be self-motivated, communicate effectively, work independently, and follow written or verbal instructions and training.

The schedule is four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some Friday overtime as required.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be safety-conscious and follow safety rules.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Reliable attendance is required.
• Must have a current driver's license.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening.
• Basic knowledge of groundskeeping, lawn care, weed trimming, and painting.
• Must be self-motivated and have good communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to follow written or verbal instructions and training.

Responsibilities
