In this internship, you will learn and be responsible for a variety of IT related tasks. You will provide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems. You will respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email and/or using a Help Desk management system. You will track issues to resolution, updating the internal knowledge base and/or communicating the findings with relevant business units. You will escalate more involved problems to the appropriate Tier 2 and Tier 3 Support Teams and act as a liaison between customers and technical escalation teams. As a Help Desk Intern, you will be exposed to a variety of different technologies as well as a variety of different job skills.
