The Help Desk / Field Support Technician will serve as a primary support point, ensuring high availability, patch compliance, and configuration stability for endpoints across IT Department from Woonsocket Housing Authority ("WHA") locations. This role requires participation in 24x7x365 emergency threat responses and critical incident resolution pipelines. The primary location will be at 679 Social Street, Woonsocket, RI 02895. This role is part of a proposal for Woonsocket Housing Authority ("WHA"). Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant.
