About The Position

The Heavy Maintenance Crew Member uses heavy equipment to dig ditches and manually install equipment. The role also involves concrete work, including framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing. Employees travel to job sites, which may require overnight stays. They maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to support the timely flow of supplies, materials, and subcontractor work. The role requires following safe work practices and housekeeping procedures, including cleaning up job sites at the end of each day. Employees must also keep the company vehicle clean and maintained and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs when necessary to perform job duties.
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and work well with others.
• Strong work ethic.
• Reliability.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the petroleum industry and familiarity with petroleum products.
• Installer certifications in the product line.
• Equipment operation experience.
