About The Position

SiteWORX is an award-winning total site development company located in Lebanon, Ohio. We specialize in mass excavation and underground utilities for large residential, commercial, and public projects. This role involves contributing to a safe work environment by operating heavy equipment for large site development work. Openings are available for Underground Utility Crews, Mass Excavation Crews, and Fine Grade Crews. The position requires performing regular basic maintenance on equipment, using hand tools, and working with team members to ensure proper maintenance of equipment, tools, and materials.

• Organized - Tools and material kept in the right place. Maintain a neat and clean cab on the equipment.
• Self Motivated – Fast paced can do attitude.
• Ethical – Always doing the right thing and telling the truth.
• Reliable – Great attendance, willingness to do what is needed to keep up with schedule.
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable transportation, team members are responsible to get to various work sites throughout the area.
• Must be able to meet physical demands of the position; ability to lift over 50 pounds, walk on uneven surfaces, stand for periods of time, bending, kneeling and work in all weather conditions.
• Must pass a Pre-Employment drug screening and Randoms as we are a Drug Free Workplace.

Nice To Haves

• 5 years’ experience operating heavy equipment.
• Experience using CAT Controls
• Understanding construction drawings and GPS experience is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to a safe, secure and healthy work environment.
• Operating heavy equipment related to large site development work.
• Performing regular basic maintenance on equipment (grease, clean tracks).
• Using hand tools i.e., shoveling to clean tracks, climbing in & out of equipment, working on uneven surfaces.
• Working with other team members to ensure all equipment, tools and material are properly maintained.
