Requirements

• Prior experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator on concrete construction or similar projects.
• Knowledge of concrete formwork and shoring techniques.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including kneeling, bending, and lifting heavy items.
• Strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to quality and professional work.
• Ability to carefully follow written and verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as telehandlers, excavators, loaders, and skid steers in support of concrete construction projects.
• Excavate for foundations, pavement, sidewalks, and curbs.
• Provide support during concrete placements.
• Support concrete formwork installation and dismantling.
