About The Position

ENCON Equipment is hiring a full-time Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Service Technician to support its growing equipment fleet in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role involves maintaining, inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing construction equipment, including skid steers, mini excavators, lifts, and telehandlers. Work includes a mix of shop and field service, with a consistent year-round workload and overtime available. Technicians help prepare reliable, job-site-ready equipment and coordinate with rental and operations teams to keep the fleet moving.

Requirements

• Experience as a mechanic or service technician.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, engines, and mechanical components.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment without guesswork.
• Solid work ethic and attention to detail.
• Physical capability to perform hands-on shop and field work.
• Valid driver’s license.
