About The Position

The Heavy Duty Truck Parts Specialist will help grow the Heavy Duty Parts business in Bad Axe, Michigan, by supporting customers, identifying sales opportunities, and helping ensure the stores carry inventories tailored to customer demand. The role involves working with customers, Territory Sales Managers, and management to provide accurate parts identification and responsive service. The company is a full-line heavy-duty truck distributor focused on customer service, quality parts, growth, and employee development.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in Heavy Duty Parts.
Ability to source and identify Heavy Duty Truck parts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Use Heavy Duty Parts experience to support customers, preferably across all makes.
Gather information to locate and identify requested Heavy Duty Truck parts, following the company’s “Never Say No” philosophy.
Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to identify sales opportunities and engage customers on the company’s Heavy Duty offerings.
Follow up promptly with customers to ensure accurate parts selection and quality service.
Assist management in developing sales promotions to increase Heavy Duty sales.
Work with management to establish Heavy Duty inventories for supported stores based on customer demand.
Make outbound sales calls daily and use sales promotions to generate Heavy Duty sales leads.
