About The Position

NAPA Auto Parts Stores is seeking a Heavy-Duty Counter Parts Professional to help customers with heavy-duty parts questions and needs. The role involves sharing knowledge about part features, benefits, and warranty information, supporting teammates, and contributing to continuous improvement in store processes and procedures. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and performance.

Requirements

• Heavy-duty parts knowledge and/or experience.
• Passion for delivering customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivation to train and learn.
• Ability to thrive in and enjoy a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
• Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• ASE Heavy Duty Parts Certification.
• Knowledge of heavy-duty parts cataloging and/or inventory management systems.
