About The Position

This is a 90% remote Healthcare Recruiter position with the ability for occasional travel to locations in CT. Only applicants living in CT will be considered. The role is focused on building a workforce that changes lives within a $150M mission-driven organization across New England. The ideal candidate is a Talent Engagement Strategist with a strategic, influential, and compassionate approach to recruiting, understanding that recruiting in this sector requires grit and heart. The position involves building long-term talent pipelines, elevating the candidate experience, and ensuring equitable and compliant hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong sourcing and Boolean skills
  • Experience in healthcare recruiting (long term care a plus)
  • Confidence advising hiring managers
