As a Talent Acquisition Specialist I, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support AMFM Healthcare’s mission. This role requires a proactive approach to recruiting, ensuring we bring in individuals who are not only qualified but also aligned with our culture of empathy, integrity, and excellence.

- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass an ADP Criminal Background Screen.
- Comfortable using computers, electronic systems, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Ability to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Manage job postings and requisitions, ensuring accurate and timely updates across all hiring platforms.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels, including job fairs, social media, and professional networks.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and track recruitment metrics (such as time-to-hire and retention rates) to optimize hiring efforts.
- Ensure seamless communication through the ADP recruitment module, keeping all candidate statuses up to date.
- Monitor external job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing postings to maximize visibility and candidate flow.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals who align with AMFM Healthcare’s values and culture.
