The Partner, Managed Care Advisory will drive significant revenue enhancement and strategic repositioning for healthcare clients by identifying and capturing potential revenue through comprehensive managed care solutions. This includes commercial rate benchmarking, payer price transparency analytics, and navigating complex contract negotiations. The role aims to transform a client's financial performance, improve margins, and enhance market positioning. This is a senior leadership position within the Guidehouse Healthcare Practice, focused on leading and driving growth for the Healthcare sector. The Partner will be responsible for bringing and developing a book of business, overseeing project delivery, solution development, and managing teams across multiple client engagements. This role is critical to the practice's growth strategy, involving originating, closing, and managing clients, leading consulting teams, and ensuring high-quality revenue cycle strategies and programs. The ideal candidate is both strategic and operational, with deep knowledge of health systems, and will develop and execute the vision for Managed Care services, driving transformative initiatives for cost containment and revenue enhancement, tied to metrics and KPIs. They will be experts in selling and delivering advisory work to optimize performance, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance. This role shapes and drives consulting opportunities across the managed care life cycle, helps build the Managed Care practice, and develops/mentors consultants. The ideal candidate will co-lead the managed care practice, leveraging strong analytical staff, benchmarking and price transparency processes, and industry reputation to advance the practice and make meaningful change for clients across 150+ markets.
