About The Position

Cuningham is hiring a Healthcare Market Leader to build its healthcare practice in Denver and the greater Denver region by developing client relationships, leading pursuits, and winning new work. The position may follow a seller-doer path for licensed architects, who win work and lead select projects, or a business-development path for non-licensed candidates, who focus on sales and coordinate transitions of awarded work to market leaders and project teams. The role’s scope is confirmed at hire and reflected in pay. The role sets regional healthcare growth strategy, develops and manages an opportunity pipeline, leads priority pursuits, and builds relationships with healthcare providers and the broader community of project decision-makers. It partners with firm and sector leadership to coordinate client relationships and priorities, and represents Cuningham through professional organizations and industry events. The position also supports business planning, marketing priorities, budgets, CRM records, and forecasting. The Healthcare Market Leader helps transition newly won work into disciplined delivery, advises clients on business goals and care priorities, and strengthens long-term partnerships. Seller-doers additionally lead select healthcare projects through planning, programming, design, and construction, working with project managers on scope, schedule, and fee. Success is measured by pipeline growth, new clients, revenue, repeat business, and pursuit conversion; seller-doers are also measured on client satisfaction and project financial performance.
