Healthcare Implementation & Project Lead

Aylo Health•Atlanta, GA
•Remote

About The Position

The Implementation & Project Lead owns the client implementation experience from contract execution through go-live and transition to operations. This client-facing leader builds trusted relationships with physician leaders, practice executives, internal teams, and external partners while coordinating cross-functional execution of Aylo Health’s strategic operational objectives. The role combines strong communication, influence, relationship leadership, and disciplined project management, including creating alignment among stakeholders who are not direct reports and keeping clients informed and confident as priorities, timelines, or conditions change. The role partners closely with the Director of Implementations & Strategic Initiatives and supports the development of Aylo’s project management office (PMO). It helps improve how Aylo launches clients and delivers strategic initiatives as the organization grows. The position leads concurrent implementations and projects, maintains plans and documentation, manages risks and decisions, supports process improvement, and ensures clear transitions to operations. This is a remote role based in a home office, with standard business hours and some variability around implementation go-lives and monthly and quarterly cycles. Occasional travel to the Atlanta or Nashville offices and client sites is required for key implementation milestones and relationship-building meetings. The role involves regular video, phone, and written communication and prolonged periods working at a computer.

Requirements

  • Organization and attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and visibility across concurrent initiatives.
  • Change leadership skills to help clients and internal teams understand, adopt, and sustain new processes and ways of working.
