About The Position

Join Interventional Pain Institute (IPI), a leading pain management practice, where you'll build relationships with healthcare providers, expand patient access to care, and help drive the continued growth of a respected organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare business development, community outreach, customer service, fundraising, or a related field required.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills required.
  • Public speaking and presentation abilities required.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with marketing, communications, event planning, or project coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Identify and develop new referral opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Represent IPI at networking events, community functions, and outreach activities.
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and business development efforts.
  • Coordinate event participation and maintain outreach calendars.
  • Gather and communicate feedback from referral partners and community contacts.
  • Track outreach activities and provide regular progress updates.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to support organizational growth initiatives.
