About The Position

ALL PRO NYC LLC is a nurse-led healthcare staffing, training, and consulting firm built by a nurse with 20+ years of clinical and operational experience. We're not a per-diem shop — we build long-term staffing partnerships with assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare organizations across the NY metro area, backed by our 1,200-hour no-fee hire guarantee. We're growing, and we need someone local who can get in the door, build real relationships, and bring facility partners to the table — in person, not behind a screen.

Requirements

  • Live in the NY metro area and can be physically present at facilities weekly
  • Prior experience in healthcare sales, staffing sales, or medical/facility-based sales — OR strong relationship-building instincts and a willingness to learn the industry fast.
  • Comfortable with in-person cold visits and follow-through, not just phone/email outreach
  • Ability to build trust in person and follow through
  • Want to build something real, not just fill a quota
  • Can manage your own schedule and stay accountable without daily oversight

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare sales experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Walk into assigned-territory facilities and introduce ALL PRO NYC as a nurse-led staffing partner
  • Meet directly with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and HR decision-makers
  • Attend local healthcare networking events and build a facility pipeline
  • Log weekly activity — visits made, contacts collected, meetings booked
  • Follow up consistently and move prospects toward signed agreements
  • Partner with our team to make sure new accounts are onboarded and supported
