About The Position

The Inbound Sales Representative converts inbound leads into active delivery partners by conducting consultative sales calls, guiding prospects through the onboarding process, and supporting them as they join a growing delivery program. This role focuses on qualifying prospective partners, managing a high volume of calls, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems while consistently meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, and account management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a clear customer-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of calls and multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and activation goals.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Comfort with consultative selling, including asking probing questions and tailoring solutions to partner needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in logistics, retail, or technology industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and tools.
  • Customer service–oriented approach with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective delivery partners in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs, business models, and goals, and clearly present the value of the delivery program.
  • Guide prospective partners through each step of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient transition into the program.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, lead status, and partner progress in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including call volume, lead conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
  • Provide clear, data-driven feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights to help improve processes and strategies.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls as needed to move leads through the sales funnel and support partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices, align on goals, and support overall program growth.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and represent the program with professionalism and a customer-first mindset at all times.
