About The Position

ALL PRO NYC LLC is a nurse-led healthcare staffing, training, and consulting firm seeking a local Healthcare Business Development Representative to build relationships and bring facility partners to the table. The role involves in-person visits to healthcare facilities in the NY metro area to introduce the company's services and secure new partnerships. This is an opportunity to build a book of business with a growing, nurse-led company.

Requirements

• Live in the NY metro area and can be physically present at facilities weekly
• Prior experience in healthcare sales, staffing sales, or medical/facility-based sales OR strong relationship-building instincts and a willingness to learn the industry fast
• Comfortable with in-person cold visits and follow-through, not just phone/email outreach
• Ability to build trust in person and follow through
• Ability to manage your own schedule and stay accountable without daily oversight

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare sales experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Walk into assigned-territory facilities and introduce ALL PRO NYC as a nurse-led staffing partner
• Meet directly with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and HR decision-makers
• Attend local healthcare networking events and build a facility pipeline
• Log weekly activity — visits made, contacts collected, meetings booked
• Follow up consistently and move prospects toward signed agreements
• Partner with our team to make sure new accounts are onboarded and supported
