Healthcare Business Analyst / Benefits Analyst (NASCO)
About The Position
This role requires a Healthcare Business Analyst / Benefits Analyst with strong experience in NASCO 3270 Mainframe. The analyst will be responsible for preparing and executing test claims for all lines of business, demonstrating strong knowledge of professional and facility medical claims. A key aspect of the role involves interpreting business documents and translating them into clear business requirements. The position also requires knowledge of Medical Benefits and Payment Policy, as well as experience with NASCO Classic group benefits and claims processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint is necessary, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience with NASCO 3270 Mainframe
- Strong knowledge of professional and facility medical claims
- Ability to interpret business documents and translate them into business requirements

- Experience writing queries
- Experience with Excel macros
- Experience creating and updating CSR documentation
