About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a Business Systems Analyst (Healthcare) for a 100% Remote position. This role involves formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. The analyst will develop or modify moderately-sized information systems, including analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic issues as necessary. The position requires considering the business implications of applying technology to the current business environment and assisting less-experienced Business Systems Analysts. The role is competent in some phases of systems analysis but may require guidance in others. Essential functions include utilizing research and analysis to define systems scopes and objectives for developing new or improving existing information systems, performing business and workflow analysis and optimization, collaborating with users to define needs and document requirements, troubleshooting issues with existing systems, and staying current with business requirements and industry trends.

Requirements

Associate's Degree or Technical school or equivalent
3 years of relevant experience in the field
Experience formulating and defining systems scopes and objectives
Experience in systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design
Participant in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation
Background in a health care, sciences or information systems
Data Entry
Familiar with uploading data
Detail oriented
Efficient in data entry
Organized

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
2 years of relevant experience in the field
